At Tycon Systems we pride ourselves on making the order processing smooth and efficient. Typically, once your order is placed with us, it takes 1-2 business days to ship your order. We will notify you if there are any delays in shipping and will send an email with tracking information when available. For placing an order, we have a few different options:
-You can reach out to one of our Distributors. We have a wide range of Distributors from around the world. To see our list, click here.
-To purchase from our online store, you need to create an account. Once you’re logged into your account you will be able to view pricing and add items to your cart.
-If you need an official quote before purchasing, you can send an email to sales@tyconsystems.com or fill out this form https://www.tyconsystems.com/request-quote and one of our sales associates will get back to you as soon as possible.
-For Distributors and Resellers, we can set up your online account with your Tycon price level. To get this set up please send us an email at sales@tyconsystems.com. Once we have your details, we will be able to edit the account you have created to correspond to your company’s price level.
If you are wanting to ship on your account when checking out from our website, follow these steps:
1) Apply coupon code shiponmyaccount at the top of the checkout screen.
2) In the comment section put your shipping account number and how you would like the order to ship.
