Need to factory reset but not working. Ez-bridge 2.4.

My internet router was replaced and I cannot get back into the ezbridge because I don’t have the password. It was already set up when I bought the house and have now way of getting the password. I tried to do a factory reset by pushing the pinhole button on both and they both do beep twice but it doesn’t reset them.
