You can check if there is a new update at System | Firmware Update | Check For Updates.
To upgrade the firmware, you can do over the air update or download the new firmware to your computer, open the switch web interface in a browser, navigate to System and then Firmware Update , Choose the correct firmware file that you downloaded and upload to the unit.
Do not disturb the update or it could brick the switch.
