Orders placed Thursday after 2PM or Friday will normally ship on Monday.


We accept all major credit cards, Paypal, bank transfers and purchase orders from entities with established credit accounts.

Viewing Orders

You can view orders and order status by logging into your account. You will also receive email updates as your order is processed.

Shipping and Delivery

If the order is received before 2PM Mountain Time, we typically ship same day for Ground and Air Shipments. Orders received after 2PM and Freight Shipments will typically ship next day. Our offices are closed on Fridays so orders received after 2PM Thursday and through the weekend will normally ship on Monday. If we won’t be able to ship within 2 days, we will contact you immediately.

Please note that we can only ship to PO Boxes by US Postal Service. Please select a USPS shipping method.

International Shipping

Our incoterms are EXW Bluffdale, UT 84065 USA.  The shipping costs that you pay are for door to door transportation only. You are responsible for any customs broker or customs duty or local taxes fees to import the products into your country. We urge you to check with your local Fedex or UPS office to determine what these fees will be before you order the product.

Privacy & Security

Your privacy is a priority to us. We will never distribute any of your information, period. Your credit card information is processed by Paypal or our 3rd party credit card processor and credit card information is never stored by Tycon Systems..

Returns & Replacements

Anything purchased on this site has a no questions asked 30 day satisfaction guarantee. If not satisfied for any reason, just return within 30 days for a full refund of your product purchase price. Tycon is not responsible for any shipping charges on returned items. We use a Return Merchandise Process in order to track any returns in our system (RMA process). If you need to return an item for any reason, please send an email to rma@tyconsystems.com to request an RMA number or fill out the RMA request form in order to make sure your return is handled properly. Please request an RMA and then ship the product back to us; you are responsible for the return shipping cost. Include the RMA number on the box. We will repair or replace within 2 days and send back to you at our cost. Tycon will refuse shipment that is not accompanied with an RMA number.
