At Tycon Systems, we strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible. While we don’t guarantee same-day shipping, we prioritize fulfilling orders efficiently and getting them on their way.
Here are some key points to keep in mind to ensure smooth ordering and delivery:

- Same-Day Shipping: We do not offer or guarantee Same-Day Shipping (orders placed and shipped within the same day). Orders placed before daily pick-up times may not ship out that day.
- Ground Shipping Pick-up Times: Ground carriers typically pick up shipments once a day around 3:00 pm MST. Orders placed after this time will usually ship out on the following business day.
- Freight Pick-Up Times: Freight carriers typically pick up shipments once a day by 11:00 am MST. Orders placed after this time will usually ship out on the following business day.
- Large Orders and Certain Products: Orders exceeding 150lbs or including specific products like TPS-24-360W, ENC-STL-24x24x16, and TPBAT12-180, will always be shipped as freight. Freight shipments usually require special equipment for unloading at the delivery location, such as a pallet jack and either a loading dock or a lift gate (this can be provided by the shipping company if you let us know and we can get one added to the delivery instructions).
- Shipment Tracking: We include carrier tracking numbers on the invoice shipment line for all orders for customers to track their shipments with.
- Shipment Tracking Updates: The frequency of updates varies, and it’s not unusual for a shipment to go more than 24 hours without an update while it’s on its way to the delivery address. Packages are scanned at many different points between pickup and final delivery. This is especially true during periods of long travel. It can appear that your package isn’t moving but may actually be in transit to the next location where it will be scanned and/or delivered.
- Inspect Shipments Upon Delivery: We heavily recommend inspecting all shipments immediately upon arrival, and opening all packages and enclosures to inspect the contents thoroughly. Look for signs of damage to the packaging, such as dents, rips, tears, or missing shrink wrap. It’s critical to note and declare anything missing or damaged directly on the carrier’s Delivery Receipt before signing it. Your signature on the Delivery Receipt confirms that you received the entire shipment in acceptable condition.
