Description
The TP-MS3xx series of rack-mount mid-span PoE power sources (PoE Injector) provide a reliable solution for supplying both PoE and data to multiple devices from a central location, such as an operations room or equipment cabinet. These PoE devices feature a separate data-in port paired with a data-out/PoE port, ensuring seamless integration. Additionally, they are fully compliant with IEEE802.3af standards and support Gigabit Ethernet, thus providing enhanced data transmission for fast and reliable connectivity.
Moreover, the included PC software allows for easy configuration of individual ports, offering real-time status updates through the RJ45 management port or network. With this software, you can enable or disable ports and configure them for forced PoE output (Passive PoE) or IEEE802.3af detection. This level of control provides flexibility in managing your network. Additionally, the PoE DC voltage (48V) is supplied on pins 4,5 (V+) and 7,8 (V-), ensuring a steady power flow to connected devices. Each rack-mount unit offers a maximum power output of 400W and includes overload and short circuit protection to ensure safe operation.
Furthermore, the TP-MS3xx series offers various models to meet different needs, such as the TP-MS308 with 8 PoE ports, the TP-MS316 with 16 ports, and the TP-MS324 with 24 ports.
